Job Description
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Compliance Manager to join one of our key clients has arisen. This is an important role in supporting the firm's Compliance Function and delivering their compliance strategy whilst ensuring adherence to FCA and PRA regulations.
This is a hybrid role, 2 days in the office per week.
The role will include but not be limited to:

Providing regulatory and compliance advice to stakeholders

Conducting impact assessments

Providing compliance support to regulatory change projects

Identifying and mitigating risks

Encouraging a strong conduct and compliance culture

Collaborating on investigations such as regulatory breaches, complaints, conduct issues

Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
You will need:

Expert knowledge of the FCA handbook/PRA rules

Proven experience in a FCA-regulated financial services sector

The ability to assess and support business stakeholders

Relevant compliance qualifications would be desirable
