Job Description
We're working on behalf of a leading Wealth Management firm who are looking to grow their team with an additional IFA Administrator.
As an IFA Administrator, you'll be responsible for working in collaboration with Financial Advisors and providing high quality administrative support with tasks such as:

Processing new business

Preparing compliance documentation

Client reviews
-
Plan withdrawals
-
Fund switches
-
Obtaining fund values from providers
-
Answering client queries
In order to be successful for this role you will need:

IO Experience
-
Experience of working with an IFA, ideally for a minimum of 3 years

Exceptional attention to detail skills
-
The ability to work within defined business processes

Excellent interpersonal skills

The ability to work independently and in a team
On offer is:

A salary of up to £35,000 plus benefits including, bonus scheme, DIS, Health Plan and pension
